Taking Screen Shots You can take screen shots with Grab. But there are lots of times you just want a quick snapshot, in which case you can use one of the tricks listed below. The pointer will not appear in the shot, though, which might or might not be an issue in a particular shot. Each time you take a screen shot you'll hear the sound of a camera shutter snapping, and an icon will appear on your Desktop called Picture 1. As you create more shots, the files will be named Picture 2, Picture 3, etc. Double-click any screen shot to open it in Preview. Drag any screen shot to a Photoshop icon to open it in Photoshop.
